Our Process

Every professional session at Studio on N. Howe includes a pre-session consultation to ensure a smooth and productive experience.

During this consultation we discuss:

• Session goals and image usage
• Wardrobe and styling guidance
• Set design and backdrop selection
• Creative direction and aesthetic
• Client expectations and special requests

• Travel Fees may apply for any services outside the studio

This process ensures that every session is aligned with your vision before the camera ever comes out.

Studio Policies & Image Usage

All participants are required to sign a Studio Release and Liability Waiver prior to the session.

All images created at Studio on N. Howe remain the copyright of the studio and photographer.

Clients receive a personal-use license allowing:

• Personal printing
• Social media sharing
• Personal website or professional profile use

Commercial usage, resale, or alteration of images requires written permission or a commercial license.

Additional session time may be available at $100 per hour, subject to studio availability.

Cancelation Policy: Refund will be provided if notice is received within 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. We understand that plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible to process your refund smoothly and efficiently.
